Chapter 11 Case Administration Web Site

On March 21, 2003, Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii. The Chapter 11 case was assigned to the Honorable Robert J. Faris and was assigned case number 03-00817. Please note that Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. is a subsidiary of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. and Hawaiian Holdings was not part of the Chapter 11 filing.

Joshua Gotbaum was appointed Chapter 11 Trustee in May, 2003. On March 11, 2005, the Trustee filed "The Third Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization filed by Joshua Gotbaum, as Chapter 11 Trustee, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, Hawaiian Holdings, Inc., HHIC, Inc. and RC Aviation LLC dated as of March 11, 2005" (the "Third Amended Plan"). The Third Amended Plan was confirmed by Order dated May 18, 2005 (the "Confirmation Order").
